Camp Management services

Fixed Camp & Remote Site Camp Management Services:

we can provide survey, assessment and evaluation of camp needs and requirements. Management of supply chain provision and essential support services on site. Fixed camp services will include the provision and management of pre-fabricated homes/mobile caravans, offices, canteen facilities, ablutions and electrical provision, and or maintenance. Logistics support is also inclusive of this service with the provision of fuel, grease, oil and cooking gas supplies including the technical personnel required for manning of these services (mechanics, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and or construction personnel). In line with our transportation partners, we can provide the supply and support vehicles including reefers for cold food stuff transportation. Kitchen services include the provision of all essential equipment and cooking and canteen staff resourced from safe providers with full hygiene standards and checks. Security needs are carefully linked in to our risk management services and this we have a proud record of provision for some of the largest institutions in Sierra Leone

Remote camp facilities

are a scaled down version of the fixed camp requirements. Full utilisation of sleeping, dining and cooking tents including mobile facilities/vehicles for safety equipment for traveling and when on site (first aid kit, insect repellent, water purification system for personnel use, fire extinguishers), safe water supply for aspects of daily living, power system to run lights and a small amount of electrical equipment via mobile generators. Depending on the location of the intended site/s, intermediary supply depots can be established..
